Before you order
What's the minimum order?
There is no minimum — we will embroider a single polo or a hundred. Single pieces and bulk orders go through the same Colchester workshop.
How much does logo embroidery cost?
Every job is quoted on its own — it depends on the design, the garments and the quantity. Logo digitising is free on orders over 12 garments. Send your logo for a fast, itemised quote.
How quickly can you turn an order around?
Standard turnaround is around 48 hours from approval of your digital proof. Rush jobs can often be done in 24 hours where stock allows.
What logo file do you need?
A clear PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG is ideal. If you only have a small image we can usually redraw it and digitise it into a clean, stitch-ready file.
Do you supply garments or can I bring my own?
Both. We hold trade accounts with the major UK garment makers, or you are welcome to bring your own kit in for embroidery only.
Where are you and do you deliver?
We are at 123A High Street, Colchester CO1 1SZ. Collect locally, or we deliver UK-wide on a tracked courier.
